Red Swan Catering Service was established by Daniel Jacinto of The Swan Bake Shop and Swan Catering Service last 2013. The goal is bring out a distinct and elegant full service catering that delivers quality food at an affordable price. Even with the proliferation of various caterers today, we at Red Swan Catering promises to bring the same quality of food we are known for, seeing to it that the price is friendly and marketable. We intend to cater to the growing diverse market we have maintained through the years. Our experience in the food business spans for more than 5 decades which was started out by the tandem of our grand matriarch and mother, Nieves and Josefina respectively.

 

D' Swan Bake Shop was conceived by the late Nieves “Eveng” de Leon Cruz & Josefina “Nena” Cruz Jacinto in 1965.  What started out as a mere hobby for mother and daughter grew into a successful family business enterprise.

 

The bake shop has set a trend in wedding cake designs from European, Cosmopolitan, traditional to contemporary designs.  We also won several competitions held locally in the past. We use royal white icing, chocolate or fondant icing depending on our clients’ preference. Soon after, the bake shop diversified its operation into another potentially growing and complimentary food service business in the 1980’s thus the birth of

Swan Catering Service Corporation.

 

Swan Catering Service is a reflection of a woman behind Nena Cruz Jacinto, a hard working perfectionist, meticulous in every detail and an embodiment of a mother to everyone. Her culinary expertise and innovation remains as one of the distinct quality still present in our food today.
